It’s ideal for experienced IT professionals who prefer to study independently rather than in a traditional classroom setting, as well as for motivated learners who are new to a particular technology and want to spread out their learning over several weeks or months.

Target Student

This course is specifically designed for individuals possessing foundational computer skills who are seeking employment as entry-level IT technicians. It is also intended for candidates pursuing CompTIA A+ certification and preparing to sit for the CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102) certification examinations.

Prerequisites

To maximize your success in this course, you should possess basic computer user skills, including the ability to perform tasks within a Microsoft® Windows® environment, navigate the Internet to search for and access information, and demonstrate a foundational understanding of computing concepts.

All of our CompTIA courses include the cost of the corresponding exam vouchers. For this course, vouchers for exams 220-1101 and 220-1102 are provided. Students are responsible for scheduling their exam date and location through Pearson VUE, the official CompTIA testing service.

Exam Pass Guarantee

Our CompTIA certification courses include an Exam Pass Guarantee. This means we want to ensure that all participants take full advantage of the practice tests we provide and achieve a score of 85% or higher in Certification Mode before we release the initial exam voucher. The practice test is available upon request. Once you submit a copy of your course Certificate of Completion along with lab completion documentation, we will email you the web-based practice test. After scoring 85% or better, simply email us your proof, and we will release your exam voucher within 24 business hours.

If you fail the exam on your first attempt, after submitting your authorized exam score and completing additional study, we will provide a second voucher. However, if you choose not to take the practice exam or take the exam without achieving the 85% score in Certification Mode, the Exam Pass Guarantee will be invalid.
