Exam Pass Guarantee

This means we want to ensure that all participants take full advantage of the practice tests we provide and achieve a score of 85% or higher in Certification Mode before we release the initial exam voucher. The practice test is available upon request. Once you submit a copy of your course Certificate of Completion along with lab completion documentation, we will email you the web-based practice test. After scoring 85% or better, simply email us your proof, and we will release your exam voucher within 24 business hours.

If you fail the exam on your first attempt, after submitting your authorized exam score and completing additional study, we will provide a second voucher.
